Understand team follows, browser notification permission and notification preferences in Remy Sport.

To receive browser notifications, you need both the relevant app preferences and
permission from your browser. Following a team alone does not grant that permission.

## Follow a team [#follow-a-team]

Open the team's page and use its follow control. [Sign in](/en/sign-in) if prompted.
Your notification preferences let you control which kinds of updates you receive.

## Manage browser notifications [#manage-browser-notifications]

Open the **Signed-in devices** page after signing in. Its notification settings
show whether this browser can receive notifications and let you manage preferences.
Allow notifications when the browser prompts you if you want to receive them.

If the browser has blocked notifications, change the permission in its site
settings. An app preference cannot override a browser-level block. Some browsers
require you to [install the app](/en/install) before they support notifications.

## If notifications do not arrive [#if-notifications-do-not-arrive]

Check the browser permission, the relevant team follow and the notification
preferences. Also check that you are signed in on the device you expect to use.
Receiving an email sign-in code does not prove browser notifications are enabled.

See [following a game](/en/following-a-game) for the difference between viewing a
game and following a team.
